Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please email mail@graff-city.com with your order number to let us know before sending anything back.
You then have a further 14 days to return the items. They must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of returning it is yours.
Returning spray paint and other aerosols
Aerosols and other dangerous goods cannot be sent through the post. They must be returned using a courier service that accepts aerosols. Please contact us first and we'll advise.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us with your order number and photos as soon as possible, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. If you cancel your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
