Spray paint and aerosols
Aerosols cannot be sent by Royal Mail. If your basket contains spray paint or another aerosol product, Royal Mail options won't be available and your order will go by courier.
Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take longer. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery to one of these areas.
Problems with your delivery
If your parcel is late, damaged or missing items, email mail@graff-city.com with your order number and we'll follow it up with the courier.
